Wow, as an American, I just have to stick up for the general population and note that you're looking at a car from Georgia, which is in the south -- we don't talk no good in the south y'all.

That's a Lapierre, a French bike company. Don't know their background, but that top tube curvature and internal cable routing looks like they took style ideas from road bikes. Pretty nifty...
